On the lake and on the canal is rare. The somehow extra cool breeze across the shallows of Turtle lake and the view changing with the tide is relaxation personified. The double frontage of this corner lot has double the dockage potential. The Land and Sea restaurant is a short cruise down the canal to their dock and minutes beyond are the small islands of Five Cays or venture to West Caicos, from your canal every beach is within reach. Plus Discovery Bay is so central to Providenciales and its beaches and amenities are right their, literally within a mile or so by road.
