.3 acre lot right on the shores of scenic breezy Juba Salina. This Diamond Park subdivision is at the very end of the road so extra private yet only about half a mile to the north is the Coral Gardens Reef and the soft sand beach of Grace Bay. Also about that close is the IGA supermarket so while this feels like a remote or even a different island location, such is the unique off salina breeze and view of many little islets of vegetation and their wildlife, it is actually super central with every opportunity so conveniently close.
